thirty-two years of experience in the financial services industry. His sales
and management background include seven years with PennCorp Financial where he
attained the position of Area Manager. He was responsible for recruiting,
training and managing a large staff of agents in Illinois and Missouri. In
1974, he developed and managed an independent life and health insurance agency -
serving clients throughout the state of Illinois. The success of that endeavor
led to the establishment of Re-Direct Financial Services, Inc. in 1978.
